Snake with a gun. Eat ammo to grow, auto-fire at the swarm, and keep your tail out of reach: it is also your health bar.

AutomaticTurret Fires at the Nearest Enemy

The snake never stops moving and wraps around the screen edges.
Yellow ammo grows the snake. Purple ammo gives 5 seconds of rapid fire. Green ammo jams the gun for 3 seconds.
Every shot kicks your aim off course, and the kick gets worse the longer you are.
An enemy that reaches your body cuts off everything behind that point.
Take a hit to the head, or get cut down to fewer than 3 segments, and the run resets.
